The Homestead Haul Whole Cow Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUDING FLORIDA, NEW YORK AND RHODE ISLAND) WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE, WHICHEVER IS OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These Official Rules ("Rules") govern The Homestead Haul Whole Cow Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By entering, you agree to these Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Carnivore Aurelius LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Sponsor"). Sponsor conducts all aspects of the Giveaway directly, including collecting entries, conducting the random drawing, verifying winners and coordinating prize delivery. No third-party administrator is used.

2. Prize Partners

Certain prizes are provided by Santa Cruz Paleo, Primally Pure, Prima, NADS, FOND Regenerative and LoveBird (each a "Prize Partner"). Prize Partners supply prizes and receive entrant information as described in Section 13. They are not sponsors or administrators of the Giveaway and are not responsible for its operation.

3. Social Media Disclaimer

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X or any other social media platform on which it is promoted. Each entrant releases those platforms from any liability relating to the Giveaway.

4. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence if older, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors and contractors of Sponsor and of each Prize Partner, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible.

Sponsors may require proof of identity, age and residency at any time. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on November 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time and ends on November 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.

6. How to Enter

To enter, complete all three of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

  1. Visit https://carnivoreaurelius.com/pages/whole-cow-giveaway and submit the entry form with your first name, last name, email address and Instagram username.
  2. On Instagram, follow each of these accounts: @carnivoreaurelius, @santacruzmedicinals, @primallypure, @eatprima, @nadsunder, @fondregenerative and @eatlovebird.
  3. Like the Giveaway launch post published on Sponsor's Instagram account, @carnivoreaurelius, on November 4, 2026.

An entry is eligible only if all three steps are completed during the Giveaway Period and remain in place through winner verification. Sponsor will confirm each potential winner's follows and like, and may ask the potential winner to provide screenshots or temporarily make their account viewable to Sponsor. A potential winner who has not completed every step will be disqualified.

The Instagram steps require an Instagram account, which is free to create and subject to Instagram's terms of use. No purchase, payment or subscription is required, and purchases do not earn entries.

Limit: one (1) entry per person for the entire Giveaway Period. Following, liking, commenting or sharing does not earn additional entries. Additional entries from the same person, including through multiple email addresses, Instagram accounts or identities, will void all of that person's entries.

Entries must be submitted by the entrant personally. Entries generated by script, bot, macro or any automated, third-party or bulk method are void. Incomplete, illegible or false entries are void. If an entry is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted is deemed the entrant; that is the person assigned the address by the email provider.

Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or not received for any reason.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about November 18, 2026, Sponsor will select potential winners by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, using a random selection method that gives each eligible entry an equal chance. Winners are drawn in this order: one (1) Grand Prize winner, ten (10) Prime Prize winners and twenty-five (25) Choice Prize winners.

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Once an entry is selected, any other entries from that person or household are removed from later draws.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will keep a record of each drawing, including any alternate selections.

Winners will be announced on or about November 23, 2026 after verification. 

8. Prizes

Thirty-six (36) prizes will be awarded, with a total approximate retail value ("ARV") of $14,670.

Grand Prize (1 winner): ARV approximately $8,000

The Grand Prize winner will receive (a) one whole cow, grass-fed and grass-finished, processed and packaged into frozen retail cuts totaling approximately 350 to 400 pounds; (b) one 7 cu. ft. chest freezer; and (c) a 12-month supply of Carnivore Aurelius Collagen.

The beef will be delivered frozen in four (4) shipments of approximately one-quarter cow each, one shipment during the first month of each calendar quarter of 2027 (January, April, July and October). The freezer will be delivered before the first beef shipment. The ranch supplying the beef will be disclosed to the winner after verification. Actual weight, cuts and packaging are determined by the ranch and processor and may vary, and no compensation will be given for any difference.

Prime Prize (10 winners): ARV approximately $517 each, $5,170 total

Each Prime Prize winner will receive a $100 Santa Cruz Paleo gift card; a $100 Primally Pure gift card; a $100 Prima gift card; a $50 NADS gift card; five (5) boxes of LoveBird cereal (ARV $77); one (1) 4-pack of FOND Regenerative Beef Bone Broth (ARV $30); and one (1) Carnivore Aurelius Collagen (ARV $60).

Choice Prize (25 winners): ARV $60 each, $1,500 total

Each Choice Prize winner will receive one (1) Carnivore Aurelius Collagen.

9. Prize Conditions

  • No substitutions or transfers. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute any prize or component with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable for any reason.
  • ARV. Stated values are Sponsor's good-faith estimates at the time these Rules were written. If actual value is lower, the difference will not be awarded.
  • Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions and expiration dates of the issuing Prize Partner. Neither Sponsor nor the Prize Partner is responsible for lost, stolen or unused gift cards.
  • Food and supplement products. Winners are responsible for reviewing ingredients and allergen information before use. Collagen and other supplement products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare provider before use if pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
  • Perishable delivery. Winners must provide a valid residential street address (no P.O. boxes) and be available to receive and promptly refrigerate or freeze perishable items. Sponsor is not responsible for spoilage or damage once a shipment is marked delivered, or for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address or a winner's unavailability.
  • Freezer. The winner is responsible for any installation, electrical requirements and use of the freezer, which is covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, if any.
  • Costs not listed. Any expense not expressly listed as part of a prize is the winner's responsibility.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided with their entry within three (3) days after the drawing. Sponsor will contact winners only from Seneca@carnivoreaurelius.com and will never ask a winner for payment, a credit card number or a bank login to claim a prize. Messages claiming to award a prize from any other email address or from an Instagram account other than Sponsor's are not from Sponsor.

Each potential winner must reply within five (5) days after notification is sent. The Grand Prize winner must also sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where lawful) Publicity Release, plus an IRS Form W-9, within seven (7) days after Sponsor sends them. Sponsor may require the same documents from any other potential winner.

A potential winner forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, if the potential winner:

  • cannot be reached, or the notification is returned as undeliverable;
  • does not respond or return required documents on time;
  • is found ineligible or not in compliance with these Rules; or
  • declines the prize.

Sponsor may conduct up to three (3) alternate drawings per prize, after which the prize may go unawarded. A person is not a winner until Sponsor has verified eligibility, including completion of all entry steps. Prizes will ship within approximately 4 weeks after verification, except Grand Prize beef, which follows the schedule in Section 8.

11. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on their prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to any winner who receives prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year, and to any other winner as required by law. A winner who does not provide a valid W-9 when required forfeits the prize.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize grants Sponsor and Prize Partners permission to use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state, and any photos, statements or social media posts the winner provides about the prize, in advertising and promotion in any media, without further notice, review or compensation. Sponsor may announce winners by first name and last initial on its website and social media.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and is otherwise handled under Sponsor's Privacy Policy at carnivoreaurelius.com/pages/disclaimer .

By entering, you agree that Sponsor will share your first name, last name and email address with each Prize Partner listed in Section 2, and that Sponsor and each Prize Partner may send you marketing emails. Each Prize Partner's use of your information is governed by that Prize Partner's own privacy policy, and Sponsor is not responsible for it. You may unsubscribe from any brand's emails at any time using the link in that brand's emails; unsubscribing does not affect your entry.

Sponsor will also share a winner's name, shipping address and phone number with Prize Partners, the ranch and carriers as needed to deliver prizes.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, each Prize Partner, any ranch, processor, carrier or manufacturer involved in a prize, the social media platforms named in Section 3, and each of their parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, delivery, possession, consumption or use of any prize, including illness, allergic reaction, or property damage.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) entries or communications that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or corrupted; (b) computer, network, server or software failures or interference; (c) printing, typographical or human errors in these Rules or in Giveaway materials; or (d) shipping delays, carrier errors or events outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND FROM SPONSOR, EXCEPT ANY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY THAT APPLIES. Nothing in these Rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Disqualification, Changes and Cancellation

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, enters fraudulently or acts in a disruptive, harassing or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Giveaway or undermine its operation may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If fraud, technical failure, a public health or supply event, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control compromises the fairness or operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel it and, if cancelled, award prizes by random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation. Any change will be posted on the Giveaway page.

16. Disputes and Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law:

  1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or any prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, and only in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where the entrant resides.
  2. Any recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering (if any), and excludes attorneys' fees and punitive, incidental, consequential or indirect damages.
  3. Entrants waive any right to have damages multiplied or increased.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to rights that cannot be waived.

17. General

If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Headings are for convenience only. If these Rules conflict with any Giveaway advertising or social media post, these Rules control.

18. Winners List and Copy of Rules

To request a list of winners or a copy of these Rules, email Seneca@carnivoreaurelius.com with the subject "Homestead Haul Winners List," or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor address below, within ninety (90) days after the drawing. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
