the first day i had it.
i did the beans a fine grind.
was 1x teaspoon into a small pot on a hot plate boil for 15 mins.
it was enough for 1 person.
it kept me awake for 3-4 hours.
iFelt on a smooth energy plain.
was not hyper & didnt have a drop when the course was over (unlike nescrape).
if you have better or quick easier way to have your coffee & the measurement.
please advice. much appreciated.
i would prefer to have coffee keep me more awake.
i do mix it with 1 scoop of collagen.
& later the next schoop of your collagen.

I'm pretty picky about my coffee, so honestly I was very skeptical about trying it but I find the flavor profile to be very pleasant! While it doesn't boast floral or fruity notes, it isn't over roasted and burnt, so I'll keep it in my bean rotation for sure.
