How to Raise Your Vibration: Part 1

This is part 3 of my series on manifesting, and the first part of 2 on how to raise your vibration.

The way to get everything you want in life starts is 3 steps:

#1 Setting an intention for what you want

#2 Raising your vibration in line with what you desire.

#3 Letting go and letting the universe bring it to you.

In this post, I will describe #2, how to raise your vibration.

As a recap of the previous posts, humans are vibrational beings.

Like a radio you are always putting out a signal whether or not you know it. All of your cells are literally vibrating and pulsing with energy. And everything in your world around you can detect that.

Similar to a radio too, you cannot receive 700AM if you are tuned to 100.3 FM

Meaning, you can only receive what is in alignment with your vibration. Every single thought you think and emotion you feel is putting out a signal.

If it is not in alignment with what you want in life, you will not get it. On the other hand, you can magnetically pull that future state to you by raising your vibration to what it would be like when you get it.

But most people do the opposite, pushing everything away

They only can practice the vibration of what currently exists, ensuring that they continue to get what they currently have. 

They decide they want something, but also implicitly choose to not be happy until they get it.

They want to be rich, but then live miserably until they get the money.  They want a loving relationship, but live in fear and anger.

THIS PUSHES AWAY everything you really desire.

Whereas I want to teach you how to do the opposite. How to first BE the person you want to be, and then HAVE everything you want. 

See, the vibration of someone who has everything you desire is usually very far away from your current vibration. This is what I call the vibrational gap.

And like a radio, if you’re tuned to the wrong vibration, you cannot get it. You will push all of your desires away.

You can’t be rich until you close the vibration between your current state and the vibration of someone who is rich. They are two different people.

See, the key to attracting money is to first be wealthy. Therefore, the funny thing is that when you get everything you desire it should feel natural and obvious.

This is actually a good way to test your current vibration vs the vibration of your desires. If your desires feel like way too big of a long shot, it means that either they’re way too egotistically desires and not natural for you (like winning the lotto), or that your current vibration and mindset is off.

The real secret to getting all the abundance in the world is to first live an abundant high vibration lifestyle.

The truth about getting money and relationships is that they are byproducts of a life well lived. No business school will teach you this.

But if you raise your vibration, flip the script and hop into the effortless river of creation, money will come faster than a vegan spends $20 on avocado toast….

In fact, your mind is massively holding you back. 

Here’s proof: nobody could run a 4 minute mile. But then, 1 person finally did it…and then guess what, now over 500 American men alone have. 

The second one person showed it was possible, other people removed their limiting beliefs, and only then did they accomplish it.

The challenge is that the modern world is doing everything in its power to hide this information from you and lower your vibration.

This is how to lay the physical foundation. 

This vibrational series will be in 2 parts. The most important part of raising your vibration are actually the mental, mindset and subconscious retraining practices. But you can’t do these until your physical health is first in order.  You cannot build a house without first laying the foundation. 

#1 Cut out all low vibration habits

The first step to raising your vibration is cutting out all the toxic modern junk.
Vibrations are contagious. If you ingest and surround yourself with low vibration things, you will be low vibration too.
The first step is cutting out all of these lifestyle habits

  • Porn
  • Tap water
  • Social media addiction (only follow me… 🙂 )
  • Masturbation
  • Shitty jobs
  • News ( I will literally close my eyes if I see a tv with news on)
  • Vegans
  • Pointless arguments
  • Bad netflix shows
  • Junk food
  • Vegetable oils
  • Reduce EMFs in environment
  • Low vibration people
  • Stress ( this is a big reason why I added some fructose back)
  • inflammatory foods, like gluten, lectins, oxalates

#2 Improve diet and eat higher vibration foods

You are what you eat. Literally. Everything you put in your mouth changes your biochemistry and the vibration of your cells.

In fact, you can literally hear the difference between sick and healthy cells. 

You need to make sure to eat the foods that fuel your body appropriately and cut out the foods destroying your health.

As discussed above, the first step is cutting out processed packaged junk and vegetable oils.

But the second and more important step is giving your body the nutrients and minerals it needs. See, health is much more than eating the right macronutrients. It’s eating the minerals that power your metabolism and all enzymatic functions. 

These are the things I make sure to eat to raise my vibration

  • Salmon Roe
  • Beef Liver
  • Steak
  • Eggs 
  • Oysters
  • Bone broth + glycine
  • Dairy + calcium
  • Grass fed butter
  • Good mineral water
  • Orange juice

#3 Improve Physical + Mitochondrial Health

If you do not support cellular function, you cannot be high vibration. You need to improve your physical health at all costs so that you have the energy to maximize your mental health. 

Here’s how

  • Exercise and move daily, constantly. I like to walk every hour
  • Deadlift
  • Do yoga / stretch
  • Try kundalini yoga
  • Do breathwork exercises that raise your vibration (I can help with these if you’re interested)
  • Stop sitting for more than 30 minutes / sit on the floor if you can
  • Cut body fat: eat 30% protein
  • Sun your balls / get some sun
  • Red light
  • Cold tubs weekly
  • Sleep 8+ hours (deeply)
  • Have sacred sex 
  • Get barefoot / ground yourself daily
  • Do hard things

Now that you’ve set the physical foundation, it’s time to set the mental foundation. That’s for part 2. 

In part 2, I’ll also give you an awesome breathwork exercise that will help to release bad energy held in your body and raise your vibration.
